Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Perishable goods.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be raised within 5-7 business days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at giftbolbaala@gmail.com with clear images of the defective or damaged product. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

• Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
